   I accidentally deleted table 16 in MySQL, no backup. Now when I try to access Machform I get the following message, select count(*) total_entry from ap_form_16 Query failed: Table 'dbfirstpres.ap_form_16' doesn't exist receive the following message,

   I'm not concerned about the form, I could recreate if needed, but to create more forms I need to access Machform.

   I would think a 're-install' would be in order.

   Searching the forum, I found this; "I fixed it. I went into the ap_forms table and delete the problem form. Then it worked fine." I did the same thing and it fixed the problem.
   Although a re-install crossed my mind, I'm glad I ran across this solution.
