putting option of signature box in review page

Is there any chance you can put the option of having the "signature box" in the "review your submission" page of the form? For our purposes, it would be great to have it there instead of as a regular item in the form itself, because it would make more sense to have them sign a statement like "I confirm my submission is correct by signing here" right after they review their entries and just before they hit the final submit button.

I'm afraid there is no easy workaround for this. The review page is not designed to collect any inputs. It would require core engine modifications to do this. Sorry.

What about making a "summary" field that we can add to a page? This way the customer can see what they've filled out so far and sign off on it.
