   Hi ,
   Ok new problem,

   After the form is filled out and set with 6 files attached the page comes back to the form with blank fields. And nothing comes up in E-mail or Server.

   When I attach 3 files it comes back with Submission success page and I get all info back in e-mail and server.

   Please give me your E-mail address and I will send you my PHP Config info in a PDF

   I have tried all other options I have looked up.

   Also, it would be great if you could provide temporary FTP login to your machform folder, so we could investigate this further.

   Great! :-)

   In case anybody else having the same problem, the solution was to put php.ini file under his machform folder and set these values:

   post_max_size = 70M
   upload_max_filesize = 80M
   max_execution_time = 599
   max_input_time = 599
   upload_tmp_dir= /your/tmp/folder
