Problem for Upload of Files through MachForm

Dear Yuniar,
I have intensively investigated all previous posts regarding the file upload using an established MachForm form. Anyhow, while the form (http://www.collegium-musicum-muenster.de/machform/view.php?id=3) functions well and data are correctly collected, the files chosen for upload are obviously not being transmitted or transferred into the /machform/data folder. While the data from all data fields are correctly displayed, no link to any uploaded file is given when viewing the entries. Also the confirmation E-mail does not provide any link to a file.
Following was done in order to ensure smooth operation:
1. Permission of /machform/data folder was set to "777".
2. Allowed file types have been set in /machform/config.php (jpg, gif, pdf).
3. On side of the provider, php.ini has been set to allow uploads with file sizes up to 10MB (absolutely sufficient). Is there any additional hint how to get this working?
Kind regards & thanks inadvance

Hello Roland,
I think your server is running PHP under Safe Mode, hence the problem with file upload.
If possible, make sure to turn off Safe Mode by modifying php.iniTo be able uploading the files under Safe Mode, you will need to manually create the file upload folder.
For this form:
http://www.collegium-musicum-muenster.de/machform/view.php?id=3You need to create this folder:
http://www.collegium-musicum-muenster.de/machform/data/form_3/files/Then make sure that the folder is set to writable (CHMOD 777).

Dear Yuniar,
excellent - thanks so much for the quick support. The manual creation of the folders was the key. Everything now works fine.
Best regards

I got the same problem and the manual process did not help. The directory was created actually already. I did change the folder name "machform" to a different name. Is this the reason the files are not uploaded ?

We can help you checking this directly. Please send us temporary FTP login to your machform folder.

Dear Yuniar,
after you kind support everything worked fine 4 months ago when creating the upload folders manually. Since a while the file upload does not function any longer. Was something changed in Machform regarding file uploads? I will also send you a mail to customer.service [at] appnitro.com with details.
