print form after review but before submit

    i would like to add this function in to the form. i have searched the forum for this and found this posting

    however, i do not have a "view-functions.php" file to customize. can someone help me with this?

    The file name may have changed, since the solution (link, above) appears to be applicable only to MF V2 not V3.

    The file (in V3) might be simply called "view.php" and not "view-functions.php".
