Populating a drop down list with data from MySQL/PHP

Josh,
I got it. I finally got the form working. However, here is what I am trying to do to take the form to the next level:
1- The course Form_3 for has 4 fields. CourseID, CourseName, CoursePrice and CourseDate. The registration form_2 has simply a courseName at this point which gets its value from the Form_3. Since the Course name simply is not enough information for registration , I like to pass on more than one field.
First I like to try to simply have the drop down to show more than one field so the user knows exactly which date and price they want to select - This way the only thing that I need to pass is CourseID.
The idea above is great. but I do not know if Appniltro allows to display more than one field in drop down. If they do not allow , then I need to bring over more than one field from form_3. Do you follow me?
By the way, your steps above has been great for me at least and I know others would love to know they can do such fuctionality in machForm.
Thanks for all of your help.
