   Hi all. I am getting an error message when save/resume form is used. When they end user submits they get an error:

   Error sending email!
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/85/13022985/html/machform/includes/helper-functions.php:1407) in /home/content/85/13022985/html/machform/view.php on line 44

   Line 44 reads as such:

   header("Location: http{$ssl_suffix}://".$_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'].$_SERVER['PHP_SELF']."?id={$input_array['form_id']}&done=1");

   I setup a simple test.php file that uses PHPmail and it went through via the webhost. Also contacting the webhosts and they state everything is working find on their end and they do not show any issues with the mail transfer agent. Also note that we are on PHP 5.3 and have the ability to move to .4 if needed.

   justinlahullier -- is the issue only affect the resume email? or all notification emails?
