   Hi, when i use payments (stripe) i get a payment status field in the entries review table which can be updated, is there a way to add a hidden field in a form that does not use the payment system to do the same so that i can manually change it when my form submitters pay (usually by cash) ?

   You can add a hidden field visible to admins only; it's a feature that has been around for a while.

   Create your field in the form in the usual way; then set it to Admin Only in the field's properties.

   It will then only be visible to the Admin from the Entries Manager when you edit the entry.

   Is that not what you're after?
