Not getting notification email with GoDaddy web mail

My customer at refiforless dot com has three MachForm forms on his site and is not getting information back from any of them 90% of the time. I have used this program on several other sites, to include my OWN SITE, with no problems other than a lag time of about five minutes from the time I submit the form until the time when I get the notification. I've double and triple-checked to make sure the client's email is correct on the form, but I'm wondering if anyone has had the same problem with GoDaddy webmail or with Outlook.

If you are hosted at GoDaddy, make sure to configure your config.php file to use GoDaddy SMTP server, which is "relay-hosting.secureserver.net".
Also, GoDaddy doesn't seems to allow the "from email address" to be coming from any external domain. So make sure to set the from address to be coming from your domain.
