   hi first time ive has this issue, i have 2 forms, book a lesson and contact us both on www.passmytest.ie, they are sending the results to info@passmytest.ie, but nothing is sending!!! tried everything and nothing is working, its not an issue on the server cause ive sent mail to the info address and always get it, i tried getting the forms to post to free accounts too, nothing is working! please please help

   If you changed nothing, then your host likely changed something. Check with your host to see if they did anything with the SMTP server.

   just a note, problem solved through private support request. The problem was related with SMTP configuration.

   Yuniar, I'm facing the same problem from time to time. Yesterday I received notifications but today when I tested my forms by submitting a form, I received no notification e-mail. Perhaps you can enlighten us all on the "SMTP" issue so that we don't bark up the wrong tree when the e-mail notification does not work. Give us some idea what to ask our hosting service provider so that we can solve the problem. Thanks!

   The previous problem was caused by incorrect SMTP settings. Putting the correct SMTP settings fixed it.

   Have you tried using another email address?
   If you need us to investigate it, send us email: customer.service [at] appnitro.com

   Let us know your FTP login info and we'll check into your SMTP problem.
