   Hi! I just upgraded to MachForm 3 and the form I had setup in an earlier version appeared to transfer just fine to the new upgrade however when I embed and view the form in a page on my client's website, there is no CSS styling. I made sure the Data folder has the 777 permissions.

   Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Here is a link to the test location:

   I had the same issue, in my case it had something to do with the way I copied the files over. To fix it I did a completely clean "re-install," ie I created a new machform folder, copied all the files into it (including the old data folder), and then it worked fine.
