   Hi,
   I went true many posts in the forum, I need to test the software to see the output result how it looks like when received by email.

   I did not wait for a reply to my question.. I got machform purchased. Now i need help with installation i need to try to do it by my self:

   Before installing i need some clarification my question about the admin user and passwrod, do iget this after running the script installation?

   Also, you need to change the default admin username and password for MachForm control panel:

   Hi there,

   Here is a screenshot of the resulting email:

   The admin username and password is the one you need to specify on your own.
   I suggest to change the password to something else.

   my first error while running the installer.php script :

   500 Server Error
   A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again. URL: http://***.com/machform/installer.php
   Dangerously writable: [/home2/frienec9/public_html/machform/installer.php]
   FIXED
   Dangerously writable: [/home2/frienec9/public_html/machform]

   I've checked your installer URL and can't find any error.
   Perhaps try to refresh your browser?
