Please can you provide a link to the form; we would need to see this for ourselves as to what you've described to possibly give you an answer.

the admin site actually won't save my update for a url redirect, i've tried many times now to update it with the desired redirect url, and it sorta freezes in "saving" mode, and never moves on, but I can still click on other links, but nothing is ever updated.

Thanks for the link - unfortunately I don't know what the problem is - maybe it's a problem with your host.

What are you running Machform on? Windows or Linux Hosting? Are you sure your hosting meet the requirements - http://www.appnitro.com/machform/requirements.

Can you try creating a new, clean form, and saving it since you now describe problems in the admin/form editor - saving options like the URL redirect to "thanks" page, but I'm still wondering if it's just this form, and whether a completely new form will cause the same problems.

    they exceeded the requirements,

i host with host gator, but use word press as my site admin editor and template.

i created a new form originally, and would HATE to have to go through all that work to redo this form. the captcha shows up, but no preview page has ever shown up, nor does it redirect OR go to a standard confirmation page (i've tried both options), no email is ever sent to me, no entry in the database is ever created. this was from the get-go with this form. since this was a newly created form, I am unsure what taking the time to do it all again will do differently for it?

creating a webform and corresponding database has been a very difficult task, I have tried various open source programs with no luck, and no customization without knowing A LOT of code, which I do not, nor do I have the time to play with it. I purchased MachForm because it is user friendly, but now it is not functioning properly, I am VERY frustrated and on a VERY tight deadline! I have to have this form functioning in 6 days!!! and I have other things to get situated as well, and cannot afford to spend all my time trying to figure this out, I greatly need help, and I don't know who to ask for this help and get it in a very prompt and timely fashion, and guidance would be much appreciated! thank you!

To get direct help, please submit a support ticket directly, or send to:
    customer.service [at] appnitro.com

Let us know temporary FTP login to your machform as well.
    We'll help you fixing it.

HostGator should be working just fine with MachForm, so most likely there is something missing/broken with your installation.

I just submitted a "report a bug" notice, I am not sure if that is the same thing as a support ticket or not, but I will email directly to customer.service [at] appnitro.com to make sure my issue is received and a response is made.

temporary FTP login to my machform? I am unsure what you mean by that. do you need admin login to the MachForm admin site? or something different? the login to my files on host gator?

    thank you.

Just a note. Problem solved. This is due to mod_security rules within HostGator, which prevent the forms being submitted.

Contacting HostGator tech support regarding this solved the problem.

    Hi Yuniar:

I am having the same or similar problem with my new install on my Hostgator hosted site. I create a form and save it and it disappears. This has happened three times. I contacted hostgator and they said did not seem to know what I was talking about when I asked them about a mod_security rules. They asked me to ask you if you what specifically I should be asking them to do to getting it so that the forms I create get saved.

    Thanks
