   This message suddenly has prevented me from accessing my forms through Adminstrative Panel:

   Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'erm2or5_sarokj'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/erm2or5/public_html/machform/includes/db-core.php on line 11
   Could not connect: Access denied for user 'erm2or5_sarokj'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

   Based on the error message, it seems your database username/password has been changed.

   I suggest to check again for the database username/password and then make sure you have the correct info within your config.php file.

   I have checked the database and the config.php. Both show the correct db username and password.Neither the password or user name has been changed in a very long time. The error message has just appeared a few days ago.

   That's weird. Try to check the user permission as well. Make sure that the user has permission to access the database.

   Or try to reset the password.
