Name Fields Misaligned in WP Page

    Hi, my form looks fine in the machform dir of my site however I've placed it in a WP page (not published yet) and on that WP page the 'last name' field has dropped down and is aligned approximately a quarter inch below the line of the 'first name' field. How can I change this so that both fields line up together?

    I must say this is really weird. It seems that page add an extra <br /> tag to the name field, somehow.

    Is it possible for us to have temporary FTP login to investigate this further?

    Thanks Yuniar, installing & activating the disable-wpautop WP plugin fixed the issue.
