My hosting company...

...told me that the script is laoding the server CPU quite heavily. I have had to upgrade. Any thoughts on this? Cheers.

Can you ask them more detail about this? How did they found it?
Also, how many entries are your forms receiving daily?I must say this is the first report we ever received regarding CPU load.

It seems your account is currently using too much CPU / Memory time.

That's very generic statement.
We won't be able to investigate the problem if your host can't say exactly which file of MachForm is causing the problem (if MachForm is indeed the problem).

I will make the assumption that i am using quite complex forms that require to modify alot of DB info.
