my captcha - recaptcha - spam protection is missing now

    The Link that Im using it on is below and now missing after it was there for a long time.

    Can you help me figure out why this is happening?

    Ive also reset my recaptcha keys and inserted them back in to see if it will show..still does not. even if you complete the form and submit it. it will catch it as a required field but its not there.

    Hi Arron,

    There was some changes recently with the reCAPTCHA service which causing the problem.
    The fix is quite simple.

    Please login to our customer area and download the latest version (v2.4)
    You can then update your "machform/lib/recaptchalib.php" file with the new one.

    Or you can update your whole machform to v2.4

    i replaced the file but nothing seems to have changed. I have multiple forms with a lot of custom work on the email_settings.php for certain forms and also the custom_hooks.php that i really cant afford to mess up with an update. Is there anything im doing wrong?

    Replacing the recaptchalib.php alone should fix the problem.
    I've just checked your form again and it doesn't seems to be updated yet?

    Try to delete your old recaptchalib.php file first and then upload again the new one.
    If the problem persist, is it possible for me to have temporary FTP login to your machform folder? I'll check it.

    That totally worked. The support on this product has been EXEPTIONAL! Really.

    Note to Anyone considering this product: Take comfort in that fact that this product works great and that this support group and forum will help you get up and running in no time. Really. So rest assured that this is a good purchase.
