Multiple SMTP requests

    Hello,

    I have your form embedded on a client's site www.drbentobgyn.com/contact.html and the web host informed me that his office IP Address was being blocked because of excessive SMTP requests. What this resulted in was that the website could not be viewed from any of the office computers, neither could they send/receive emails.

    The host has since unblocked the IP but, I wanted to bring it to your attention and ask if there is something that could be done to prevent this from happening.

    If the block was due to excessive SMTP request from your client IP address, I'm afraid not much we can do here.

    Since the SMTP requests is between your client's computer and the website.
