Multiple Codes

Hey! Machform really rocks, and i can't wait for the Version 4.0 Discount Codes!

I still have a question: I have an event and my participants receive Unique Participation Codes! I would like to create a form in which i can let them enter those codes! But i need to have those codes entered in the background? Is something like that possible?
I know a way around would be to create a logic, so that fields appear, but therefore i would need to enter 500 rules... Do you have a hint how to do that quicker?

Thank you so much in advance

If I understand the question, you want participants to enter a code and then machform to check it to make sure it is a valid code? If so, what do you want to have happen if the code is valid?

    Thanks for the quick response!
So the deal is that if participants pay via PayPal the transaction is done and everything is okey

BUT we gave them the possibility to pay at 5 locations throughout the city with cash! So they go to those locations pay the fee and receive a code!
Then they have to use a form online to enter the code, to confirm that they paid their fees!

the code looks like the XXX-X9999XX
So the first three letters identify for us the locations the people paid, the first letter after the - identifies the amount they paid and the rest is random numbers!
Since I want to stick to machform to have all the data bundled there my idea was like that i would solve it with a certain "logic".
For example if you type in the first three letter in the first field, another field will appear for the rest of the code!
when you type in the rest of the code and it is correct, according to the rules i set in the background - then you can enter your email address and finalize the procedure!

so my concern is, if there is a chance of how i could create those rules quicker than one by one!!! cause it should be working for 300 codes

Sorry for the asking additional clarifying questions - Is this the workflow: I register online and have the option of either paying with PayPal or cash. If I choose PayPal, the transaction is complete (meaning I have registered and you have verification of payment).

If I choose to pay with cash, then before my registration is complete, I need to visit one of the five places to pay. And then I have to go back online and enter a code which you will use to verify my payment. Are the five places hooked up together so not to generate duplicate random codes? It seems to me you want some way of verifying the code which means you need a listing of all of the random codes that were generated. And how real-time is it? (Does the registration window close prior to the payment window so technically you know how many random codes are needed? or could it all happen simultaneously?)

You also need some way of joining the registration with the cash payment code.

    Does this sound correct?

    Yes to the paypal part!

About the Codes! They look like this f.e.: "HUB-A3423VC" - For me this means, "HUB" is the location where they payed! "A" stands for the category in which they payed, therefore i know how much they payed and "3423VC" is a random number!

Yes i need a way of verification!

The problem with "real-time" doesnt really matter, cause there is no limit on participation and we are working with a 25% buffer on additional possible participation! And the offline participation option will be closed one or two weeks prior to the event!

Right now i "solved" it that way: http://tickets.pixathlon.in/view.php?id=11529

So only if you know the first three characters, then the rest will appear! and only if you type in the rest correctly the E-Mail address will appear to confirm and finish! I know its not the most professional solution, but i am lacking a web person on the team, therefore i am using easy ways around!

Still my issue is now that i need to enter 400 - 500 Logic Rules and this will take me forever!

    Thanks again!
