   I try to use multipage in one form.. I created an exam type of form with multi-page I created almost 24 pages since I seperate all the question in every page...but the main problem is in admin area I can only rename the page title up to page 13 and when I try to test the form I got an SQL error

   Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in E:\htdocs\forms\includes\post-functions.php on line 2427
   SQL: [78] INSERT INTO ap_form_1287() SELECT from ap_form_1287_review WHERE id=? Params: 1 Key: Position #0: paramno=0 name=[0] "" is_param=1 param_type=2 Query Failed: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column '' in 'field list'

   I already submitted this to support but maybe someone can help me to correct this also the title of page under page 14-24
