   MachForm generator is very impressive. On your website, you said "Instant download. Download link will be shown and sent to your email address immediately within seconds after ordering."

   Does that mean I will receive your product thru email after I have made the payment successfuly thru your shareit payment gateway? But, this is what happen to me last night..

   After I have made the transaction, there is no guidance on how to receive your product whatsoever. I have checked my mail several times a day. Could you please explain the situation or should I wait for your reply then?

   My apologies for this issue. Normally, download link will be shown and sent to your email address immediately within seconds after ordering.

   However, sometime our payment processor put some extra delay to some order and review them manually for an added security.

   Please forward me your complete REF# and your contact detail. I'll confirm to our payment processor.
   Meanwhile, I'll manually create you an account and send you the download link.
