   I just bought MachForm. Can someone tell me where the files will "live"? Is it at my hosting company or is it on my website or on my photocart online ordering system? How do you access it? do I get to choose where customers log on and see it?

   I need some help understanding how this all works so I can get it installed.

   It is installed on your website.
   However, I've replay you ticket mail and done with the installation, let's continue there.
