Lost Element-1

    I was adding a field to an existing form.... Now I cannot view the form and am given this error message: SELECT max(element_1) max_id FROM ap_form_21 Query failed: Unknown column 'element_1' in 'field list'

    There seems to be some error within your mysql table.
    Is it possible to have temporary FTP login to fix this issue?
