Long Forms, Dynamic Required fields

I have a few questions if MachForms can provide the following logic:

    1) Can a long form be broken down into separate web pages with a PayPal purchase at the end?
    2) Can a field be "not required" but set to required if another fields is selected in a radio button?
    3) Can a confirmation page be generated and the user can edit fields if any typos, etc?

    Thank you.

You can do payments, (see the instruction below)

    (1) Instructions on Paypal

    (2) Conditional Logic
I don't think this does exactly what you want e.g. making a field required, depending on response in another field. The conditional logic allows fields to be hidden or shown, depending on certain responses to other particular fields. But it doesn't set the "required" or "optional" setting based on certain answers/responses.

    (3) Yes - set a *review* page. It lists all the responses from the form so you can check it before submitting. If you need to change anything, simply back-track through the form and make the changes, then proceed forward again to the review screen once more and submit.

Thanks for your reply. One my first question. Is there a way to break a long form into multiple webpages, or do I just need to break up the long form into separate smaller forms and have the first form transfer to the second form on completion?

You can add Page Break field to split your form into multiple pages.
