   Hi,

   I created a typical user registration form and added a bunch of survey questions using checkboxes. There are 16 fields in all.

   It seems to hang while trying to save the form!
   Is there a limit on number of fields per form? Also is there a limit on the number of forms that can be created using the same database?

   BTW -- When Itry to view the form that I created I see the following error message:

   Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/truscrip/public_html/truform/includes/view-functions.php on line 550

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/truscrip/public_html/truform/includes/view-functions.php:550) in /home/truscrip/public_html/truform/view.php on line 89

   hi,

   Machform have no problem save 16 fields, you can try to

   http://www.phpform.org/testing/view.php?id=12

   maybe your server in safe mode, have you check it ? if it's so you must turn off the safe mode in server configuration

   Well, I have been able to create forms and edit my CSS files till now and on checking with my ISP the "safe mode" is off. I will continue to debug...

   Well, I found the problem! I had a checkbox field i the form where I was supposed to have just one checkbox. By default you get three and have to delete two-- I had inadvertently deleted all three. Hence the "saving form....' message.
   I deleted the field and everything works! Thanks

   Good audiorack .. I did not know you delete all checkbox :), but how you can delete all check box value ?

   Machform should leave 1 check box value in the form?
