   Hi Yuniar,
   Is there a way to see logs? because i really need this.

   I'm afraid MachForm doesn't log anything. What kind of log you are looking for?

   It does collect IP addresses and the date/time of the submission. I suppose that kind of data is what a typical "log" file collects? If the OP means something comprehensive like Google Analytics, then no it doesn't.
