Logo next to check Box

    I have a number of checkboxes, say 5 which relate to different companies, is there a way of adding the company logo next to each checkbox? I hope that is clear.

    Sure, just include the HTML code in the checkbox options. Here's an example form with example HTML code:

    Oh, and you have to check at least one of the checkboxes for the logo to show in the email.
