   Hi

   We have one customer using 1 form which uses logic to send out the email notifications by depot, currently 14 depots.

   The system has over 200 users that can Login however the customer has asked if its possible to limit the entries they can view by depot.

   I am wondering if this is possible or will it need some kind of hack to the code and the database.

   I was thinking of adding an extra field into the ap_users table called depots and give them like 1,2,3,4 depot and also make another for ALL.

   Then with some code hack maybe make the query look for depot 1,2,3,4 or ALL and then show either all entries or only against the assigned depot.

   Please can you help and let me know how to hack the code to do this.

   Hi Roy -- that would require pretty much modifications indeed. Unfortunately we won't be able to help with the modifications.

   I suggest to hire PHP programmer to do this.
