   Hi getting a little desperate have been locked out of the admin panel for a couple of days now, and have had no response from support. Any help would be much appreciated. Incorrect email /password. When I try to reset password "Error incorrect email try again".

   Appnitro support is not open on weekends......how long ago did you send the request to Appnitro Support? Usually they respond within 1 business day (that being GMT +7:00 Indonesian time), depending on when you sent the email and whether it was their opening / business hours. (due to time zone differences etc).

   Incorrect email /password. When I try to reset password "Error incorrect email try again".

   Can you look up the database through phpMyAdmin, and find the Users table, which should show you your email that you created the Admin account with.

   Once you have the correct email address, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.

   What version of MF are you using?
   The 3.4.8 forgot password utility is easy to use, and not like previously where MF simply sent you a new random password, the 3.4.8 routine actually gets you to verify the email address, then lets you set your new own password.
