   At the moment the only way I have been able to lock down fields is to have the written content of my contract in a section break field but then when it emails the completed contract to myself and my client it doesn't include the contract wording. I want to be able to lock down my contract fields but for them to be able to be included in the email to the client once they have completed the contract.

   Is there a way to do this?

   yuniar

   Make sure to turn on "Display Section Break in Emai" option on your section break field property.
   That should send the complete text within the email as well.
