   Hello-

   I purchased an upgrade license to the mid-level license from standard.

   I entered the license key into the box within 'settings' in the machform console and hit the "activate" button but it just sits there and nothing ever happens!

   Any suggestions? I've tried different browsers, etc. but nothing ever happens...

   Try to reupload the content of your "machform/js" folder.

   If the problem persist, can you contact me directly and let me know the login to your machform please? I'll need to check it directly.
   It seems some javascript files are missing or corrupted.
