[closed] language (options/title) & address line 2

Hi Guys,
I bought MachForm and its great, I just had to say that first.
I'm changing MachForm from English to Dutch. I'm all most done, but I cant find 2 things.
Where do I change the option value that is given automatically (First option, Second option, Third option)? And where can I change the default given title? Like when you add a field for example "Phone" the field name is automatically "Phone" as well. I would like to change that as well to the Dutch word.
The 2nd question is about the address field. I removed the Address Line 2 and it shows good after you make the form (when you view it), but you still see the address line 2 in the editing page of the form and when you add the field. Is there a way to remove it there as well? And when I mail it I get in the receiving mail:
1) adres - Straatnaam en huisnummer – J. Pieterstraat 23
2)
3) Plaats – 1234AB
4) Provincie - Noord Brabant
5) Postcode - EindhovenThe 2) still stands for the address line 2, can I remove this somewhere?
Thanks guys.

Hello jlenting,
Thanks for purchasing!
1) You will need to modify the javascript for this, which is quite complex to do so since it's currently packed. Can you please send me the detailed changes you would like to have to yuniar [at] appnitro.com ? I'll send you the modified javascript.
2) Address field - same as above, we need to modify the javascript for this.
Address field in email -- hmm... how did you do the modification? Which file is being modified? Please attach me the file too.Thanks.

Dear Yuniar,
Tnx for your reply, I will mail you the info later tonight.
Im wondering about one more thing. I'm using a iframe to load in the view.php, my normal php pages dont have a doctype in it. Its to late now to change all pages and fix the things so it works with a doctype, but without the doctype it seems that view.php dont work proper. when I add a doctype view.php works perfect. Is there a way around it, so the javascript/script of view.php doesnt need a doctype?
