    does it support UTF-8? take a example, i want to customize an order form in Chinese language, is it doable?

    Yes, MachForm uses UTF-8 for its encoding.

    At this moment, there is no built-in features for PayPal integration.
    However, you can always set the redirect of your form to your PayPal order page.

    So after successfully submitting your form, your user will be redirected to your PayPal order page.

    Yes I need to redirect but I need to at least past amount and item information to paypal...
