Just upgraded to the latest version. Now I get this header error that displays just above every form.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /~~~~/machform/includes/post-functions.php:2) in /~~~~~/machform/embed.php on line 173

    Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try to reupload these two files:
    - embed.php
    - includes/post-functions.php

If that doesn't work, check into your config.php file, make sure there is no empty space or new line after the '?>' code.

The mail agent on your server seems to be down. I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and let them know, since this is server issue.

Greetings Andar, Thank you for your quick response. Please forgive my late reply.
    Yes! you are correct.
"Magically" after my call to my web host the emails started coming in. It is my thinking this was a server problem. I have used your program for many web clients on different servers for just about 5 years now....and I have never! had a problem. I have been testing each day since the event. We did send out a registration form to about 1500 users and so we may have flooded the server. Who knows. I believe this issue should be closed for now.

Thank you again for your work and great program.
