Intergration Into Site

Hi there, I do some web design for various clients and instead of having to hand code all of the forms each time I need to create a new one I thought maybe this will work for me. How can I integrate the forms I create here into my site, can I stick the html and css into my site and just direct it at a php site?
Beautiful site and product, thanks in advance!

Login and check out the embed icon. You copy and paste an iFrame into your page and it displays inline. In fact, you can do it right with this code:<iframe height="907" allowTransparency="true" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" style="width:100%;border:none" src="http://www.appnitro.com/demo/embed.php?id=7" title="Job Application">Job Application</iframe>

great to see, yes this should work and allow me to embed the forms into the site :) I will consider purchasing. Also http://www.staplesgirlslacrosse.com/shop/order.html is one of our forms, would we be able to create forms next to each other like they are on the site? I really like the idea of having the answers in a database and emailed.

Sure, you only need to edit your form CSS to allow two fields to be aligned on the same line.
Check this post for detailed instruction:

yuniar,
Hopefully this makes sense but, is there a specific place in the rest of the code for the webpage that this has to go?
