Instant results after form submission

    Has anyone out there built an "instant results" type of confirm.php file? Similar to what instant polls do. You choose a radio button, submit and get back the number of people who chose that button on the thank you page. Seems like a common use-case but I haven't found anything as of yet. Thanks!
