Just installed on a new server. Created database and granted user all priveledges. Edited config.php accorgingly, get the following when running installer.php...

PHP Version >= 4.3.0 (GREEN TICK)
MySQL Version >= 4.1.0 (RED CROSS)

Server is running MySQL 4.1.22, using 'localhost' as hostname for database

    Any ideas?

    Hi Mark,

Can you let us know the error message being displayed there?
Most likely, either the hostname or username or password is incorrect.

Or if you want us to check it directly, you can also contact us directly via email: customer.service [at] appnitro.com

I'm having the same problem, except I have MySQL 5.1 and PHP 5. Any suggestions?

UPDATE, I figured this out per Yaniar post:

    http://www.appnitro.com/forums/topic/problems-moving-machform-to-new-host?replies=5#post-3703

Yaniar's reply: This is most likely folder permission issue.

Make sure to set the permission of your machform folder and all files/subfolders under that folder to 755 (CHMOD 755).

Then set the permission of your "machform/data" folder to 777.
