Installation issue - HTTP 500 error

    I have done everything in the installation instruction. When i try installer.php i get an 500 http error.
    What can be the issue?

    Problem solved:
    Something went wrong when copying the files to webserver.
    I removed all files and tried copying it to server again. Now it works.
