   I have the first part done with the added the database and what not. Now I'm not sure where to put it on my site. I have a public_html where I think that's where its suppose to go but I want to make sure.

   It doesn't matter where you upload the files to. You can upload the package to any folder on your server within the public_html folder (which is the 'home' folder for your web space).

   WHen you decompressed the ZIP folder, it extracted all the files to a folder called "machform". All I did was uploaded that 'machform' folder to my web server.

   Therefore I access Machform application with an URL like: http://www.mysite.com/machform/ and this will run the default file which is the log-on screen for the form editor and back-end admin area.

   Once that's done, make sure you do the chmod on the 'data' folder (as that's where it uploads files to if you have the 'upload' field type in your forms.

   Hi Kimminick,

   You can see machform installation instruction on http://www.appnitro.com/machform/installation. Basically you only have to upload machform files to public_html and make small setting to config.php.
