IE 10 file upload doesn't complete

    I recently installed Mach 4.1 and tested it on various browsers. In IE 10 running in a Windows 7 virtual machine, file uploads would get to 100%, but never show the "Attached" message that apparently means it is complete. When I hit the "Submit" button for the form, nothing happened, as though it was still waiting for the file upload.

    Any help?

    Also - the upload buttons don't show up at all IE 8 in Windows XP.

    EDIT - Oops sorry, just saw this section is for Mach 3. Re-posted in the Mach 4 forum.
