I cant fill form after uploading my website

    I have the 10 licence version of Marchform. I have installed successfuly into one of my websites. I have just installed it to a second site but when embed the code into my site the form freezes' up and renders the form unusable, but I preview the form through machform the form works as expected, stops fuctioning on my second site. Kindly advice on what to do next. this the url of my website http://amstyercare2009.cogoevents.com/

    Hi,

    I found your form overlapped with this image tag :

    <img class="xr_ap" style="left: 6px; top: 1363px; width: 746px; height: 1710px;" alt="" src="index_htm_files/35.png"/>

    that's why your form can not working properly. Try to remove that image tag from your page and refresh the form again.
