How to disable 2 factor authentication

Hello,
because my phone with the google 2 factor authentication is broken I can't create a code to access my forms.
So it would be nice if someone can tell me how I can disable it so that I can reconfigure the 2 factor authentication with my new phone.Thank you for the help

This option is under My Account => Enable 2-Step Verification
You should login with your computer maybe. And if you have no possibility to login, try to find that option in your database maybe

Login is not the problem, because I don’t forgotten the passwort. The problem is that I don’t find a option to disable it without access to the google authentificator.
In the database I don’t find the field to disable it and because I can’t login without the 6 digit code from the google authentificator I also can’t disable it inside machform.So the answer was not really helpful.

I'm not 100% sure, but in your database, it might be ap_users => on the line for your user => column tsv_enable => turn value to 0
You should be able to login again now.
