How do I get the form to email data to a user?

I have set up a form to enter data into a database but the user now wants the data mailed to her.
How do I go back now and change that?
Also, wouldn't it be nice to have some documentation to refer to? I don't think I've found any on this site. Is there another site that has docs for this application?
Thanks.

Login, click on the "Manage Forms" tab, select the appropriate form, click the "Emails" button. It should be pretty self explanatory from that point forward.

But it won't let me add any users to the list. The one list says "You," which I take to mean me. The other says "Your users" but there's no way to add addresses to the (empty) list.

Then put her email address in the "You" field. The other way is to add an email address to the form so MachForm will allow you to add an email user to the "Your Users" section.

You can put multiple email addresses into the "You" field. Simply separate them with comma.
Ex: user1@example.com,user2@example.com,user3@example.comIs that what you mean?

Kinda of. What I really would like to know is how do I add user email addresses to the dropdown menu that says "Your users" ??

Ahh.. I see. Ok, so "Your Users" refers to person who fill your form.
So whenever someone fill your form, he will get automatic reply or receipt of his submission. To be able using this "Your Users" dropdown, your form need to have an "Email" field. If you have an "Email" field, this dropdown would list your email field, so you can choose it.
