How do I embed the form using JS but keep my form styling?

MachForm newbie here.
I've used the "Code" function to embed the form on a page on my site (http://sawbuckvoiceover.com/regularform.html) but how do I embed it *with* all of the styling I've used on the form when I was developing it? I guess I could use the regular HTML link, but I like the URL all customized like that.

As stated in the documentation, using JS option, the theme of the form won't be displayed.
http://www.appnitro.com/doc-form-code.Have you tried all six options - some display the form fully with theme etc, others are designed to embed fully into a website's design seamlessly (i.e. without the custom theme built in the form builder). What version of Machform are you using? The six embed options are in version 3.x (3.5 being the latest).

I was hoping that there was a way that the theme *would* be displayed; a bit disappointed that it won't, but what can you do?
I'm using Machform 3.5

I've started a new, more general thread on the topic (how to find the CSS for a form), but it seems it takes some of the theme elements but not others: font, color, and other elements do stick, while others do not. Replies in the new thread (about where and how to adjust the CSS for these forms) would be most welcome.
