   I wanted to find out if I can use Matchform if my host does not support third part software. Can I load it on my computer then create forms offshore, then upload the forms to my website?

   If your hosting allows you to use PHP and you have a MySQL database, yes you can use MachForm. These days, it is rare that web hosting would not provide PHP and MySQL.

   Perhaps by "does not support third party software" they mean they will not help you install it and get it running.
