Help! - Locked out of MachForm after moving site to new ISP

Guys, I can't get back in to my MachForms panel! I moved to a new ISP, copied the site, exported and imported the SQL data, but when I go to either my forms or the panel I get this error "Error connecting to the database: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'XXXXXXAccess'@'localhost' (using password: YES)".
I tried to configure the name and password on the new site to match the old site but the new site only allows 8 character passwords (the old one has 12!)
How do I reconfigure the name and password if I can't use the script?
Thanks,
Jerry.Posted 12 years ago # -

Need help ASAP!

You can edit the config.php file which is located under your machform folder. Make sure to adjust the database settings with the new one.

Hi Jerry, you probably have a cpanel administration panel which your ISP give you access to in order to control or reset the password for the user XXXXXAccess@localhost on your Mysql database. Reconfigure the password to meet the ISP requirements for Mysql password. Then reconfigure the config.php if need be.
