   1. How do I tell what version of Machform I have?

   2. Is it possible to center the Form Title and Form Description?

   3. When I insert the javascript code into a Godaddy Web Builder page, everything works perfectly, except the border and shadow settings in my theme do not show up. However, the new Section Break colors and new Submit button text do. When I look at the form using the View button in the editor, everything shows up fine.

   4. Also it would be nice to have just a State dropdown box by itself. I've had several forms where I just want the customer to enter a city and state, not everything else like the Address box.

   Hey mate,

   1. When you are logged into Machform, go to "settings" and you will see top right hand side under License Information

   2. with custom coding yes, but sorry I can't assist in how to do this. I suggest posting a new thread to the forum with this as your subject and you shall get someone who can assist.

   3. This is because when a form is inserted onto your site it does not take all the formatting with it (ie: background color and so on). This is painful and I think should be an option as I know I would like some of these features too. I guess it would also be possible on back-end custom coding.

   4. I would just create a drop-down menu yourself. Google a list of States or Cities you want in an area and drop them into the form creator as a bulk import. should only take a few mins.
