Forms not redirecting or displaying success text

    Hi,
    We have 3 forms on our client's website, http://www.financialminefield.co.uk/

    http://www.financialminefield.co.uk/book-your-moneycoach-appointment/
    http://www.financialminefield.co.uk/book-your-moneyrelief-appointment/
    http://www.financialminefield.co.uk/contact-us/

    None of these form will show a successful submission message or redirect to another page, they just show white space.
    Also, despite having an email address set up to receive entries to these forms, they are not being forwarded on.

    I have upgraded to the latest version 3.5 to try and remedy this but to no avail.

    Is there anything we can look at doing differently to get these working?

    I'm also having this exact same problem. Any solution here yet? Is something not working or am I (or we) doing something wrong? :)

    Do you mean it is not sending the email as well as not displaying the "thank you" page?

    I'm no expert with PHP, but it sounds like a PHP error (the white screen/page typically indicates this).

    You won't see the error if you have php.ini "display errors" setting turned off. Find and turn on that setting in your php.ini file (or see if your host can assist in troubleshooting the script from their side).

    Turn that setting on and re-run the script, submit an item to see if it is now trying to redirect to the "thanks" page or screen, or is throwing up errors.

    Alternatively, contact Appnitro directly so they can check it, since general users here can't troubleshoot your installation. Provide Appnitro with temporary log-in details so they can check it.
