   I have an old verision (actually don't know how to find out the numer).

   It has worked smoothly several years, but now when I try to change something in old forms or do a new one it won't save!
   I click "Save", and it says I should wait while saving, but then nothing happens.... I let it be over night - nothing saved.

   Can't figure out what's wrong suddenly, have't done something with it.

   Not sure about the non-responsive form not saving.....

   The Version number should be obtainable, under the "Settings" options (or similar) for your version. It would be shown as something like "License Information" and have your customer ID, name and the version you're using.

   You might also be able to find this out through your Member's area on this site. It should contain your purchase and download history along with the version number.

   Couldn't find out any of the information in my member area since it wasn't there, but I have e-mailed them now and waiting for an answer. ;)
