Form saves but changes are not reflected

    Hi,

    I had a form that I made changes to and saved the form. a few days later, I saw that those changes were in fact not made. I tried to edit the form and then save but the changes would not be there. I created a new form and built it most of the way and it was working okay, then the same issue happened again.

    any idea what is happening?

    Try to find any unclosed HTML tags within your field's label and make sure to fix it first.
    Any unclosed/mismatched HTML tags could cause some error.
